Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Wise Monkey Dark Rum
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • Whipped cream (garnish)

Method:

1. In a mug, add brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves

2. Pour in hot water and stir until the butter melts.

3. Add Wise Monkey Dark Rum and stir well.

4. Serve it topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

BONUS TIP:

Egg cocktails are best enjoyed cold. When left to warm at room temperature, the egg whites can lose its appeal and taste off from the drink. To counter this, you can spritz your cocktail with citrus oil or rim the glass with citrus peel and aromatics.

But honestly, the best solution? Empty your glass the minute you get the drink.
