Summer is here, and there’s no better way to enjoy the warm weather than lounging by the pool with a chilled cocktail in hand.This summer season we'd like to elevate your poolside experience with some special Wise MonkeyCocktails! Whether you’re a fan of the fruity, floral, zesty, or creamy flavours – we’ve got a drink for you. So, dive in!

Hibiscus Margarita

‍A floral twist to the classic favourite. This drink combines the floral sweetness of hibiscus perfectly with that of the tropical crispness of Wise Monkey White Rum. Simply mix in 1 oz of hibiscus syrup, 1 oz of lime juice, and an oz of triple sec to 2oz of Wise Monkey rum. Shake it up well and serve over ice with a salted rim and a hibiscus flower if you feel want to feel fancy.

Mango Mimosa

‍A simple yet bubbly delight to sip onto. Blend 1 oz of Wise Monkey Rum with 2 oz of mango puree.Pour the blended mixture into a champagne flute and top it up with chilled soda or prosecco. Garnish it up with a slice of fresh mango, and you have the perfect summer drink by the pool.

Pina Colada

‍You can never possibly go wrong with a Pina Colada. It’s got all the flavours that compliments rum, and the frothy creamy texture feels like drinking out of a cloud. Blend in 2 oz of Wise Monkey Rum with 1 oz of fresh coconut cream, 3 oz of pineapple juice, and some ice. Pour in the smooth mix into a tall glass and garnish with a wedge of pineapple or a maraschino cherry.

Frozen Banana Daiquiri

‍If creamy drinks are your thing, this one goes right on top of the list. Blend in 2 oz of WiseMonkey Rum, 1 Banana, 1 oz of lime juice and some granulated sugar with at least a cup of crushed ice (you can go crazy with the amount of ice). Pour in the frosty dessert drink into a hurricane glass and serve with a slice of banana.

Classic Mojito

‍The perfect drink to relax and chill with. The mojito is a classic favourite that is simple yet delicious! Muddle up some fresh mint leaves and lime wedges in a glass. Add 2 oz of White Rum to it along with 1 oz of simple syrup. Fill up the glass with ice and top it with chilled soda water. Stir gently and serve with a lime wheel on the rim.
